Kilrock were appointed to deliver a multi-phased extension and full Grocery and Concession refurbishment of an existing trading store in Beacon South Quarter in Sandyford, Dublin.
Initially, we converted existing stockroom and BOH space into a new Off-Licence area within a 5,000ft2 overall grocery extension over 8 weeks. This then allowed an overall store revamp across the full space with the opening of a brand new James Whelan Butcher and Neon concession, along with fully bespoke Bakery, Rotisserie, Cold and Hot Deli offerings.
Kilrock were engaged as Main Contractor throughout the store refurbishment offering turnkey fit-out of all of the concession spaces including all joinery and point of sale counters.
The project was live 24/7 for 30 of the 36 weeks in total as we upgraded the floor finishes, AC, refrigeration units, freezers and shelving throughout.
