With over 50 years’ experience between the senior management team, ranging from projects worth £10,000 up to £50 million, spanning over 10 different countries, from live trading environments to airside operations, there isn’t many challenges in the industry we haven’t overcome. By the very nature of construction, every project is different and every project has its own challenges. We thrive upon the challenge that each project presents and find great job satisfaction in overcoming each test to make every project a success.

As a Principle Contractor, we acknowledge that this industry is primarily a relationship business.

Whether that be a relationship with the end user or the labour team on site, without effective and efficient communication and the ethos of working together the challenges become greater.

Our goal as principle contractor is that each Client and Supply Chain partner wants to work with Kilrock on the next project and that repeat business model will help us refine the process from concept to completion on every scheme we build together. In order to achieve this we take a very hands on approach to project delivery from the tender process right through to the defect rectification period. This hands on approach means that every project we complete shall be managed by our whole senior management team with the assistance of our wider project delivery team. We believe that by offering this guarantee it gives each venture we complete together the best possible chance of success.
